Our CTARR certified sober homes offer a combination of freedom and structure, accountability and sober fellowship that will reduce the chance of relapse and support sustained recovery. Q. Do you accept Basic Needs?

A. Yes we do accept Basic Needs under independent living/shared apartments.


Q. How much is the rent?

A. The rental amount is seven hundred dollars ($700.00) per month OR one hundred and seventy five dollars ($175.00) per week per individual. All units are fully furnished and includes utilities (electricity, heat, unlimited wifi, landline phone, appliances, washer/dryer, etc).


Q. Are there rules in the home?

A. Yes, each resident is expected to follow the house rules, remain free from substances and participate in treatment.


Q. Will I be denied if I have a criminal record?

A. No, not necessarily. Each application is reviewed and decisions are made on a case by case basis.


Q. Can I work while living there?

A. Yes. Each resident is expected to maintain employment as the beds are self-pay. 


Q. Is there a laundry room on site?

A. Yes, each unit has a washer and dryer.
