About Us

A&S Addiction Services, Inc. was founded by Christopher D. Chapman. It is a federally approved non-profit organization 501(c)3, that was created to offer housing, case management, therapy and other resources to those individuals seeking recovery from drug addiction. The offices of A&S Addiction Services, Inc. are located at 27 Siemon Drive, Watertown, CT 06795 (Suite 122W) and 1183 North Main Street, Waterbury, CT 06704. We provide clean, safe, affordable, drug and alcohol-free living environments for individuals in recovery. Our facilities are level III, CTARR certified and are close to bus routes allowing easy travel to Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA) meetings. We also offer services that focus on Workforce Development, Relapse Prevention and Health & Wellness. Both individual and group counseling are available by licensed professionals (LADC, LCSW, LPC). We accept most insurances and telehealth sessions are available. A&S Addiction Services, Inc. was founded in loving memory of Anthony Chapman and Shirley McDowell.
